Welcome! My name is Ana, and I am delighted to welcome you to my page, Pantry & Produce.

I am a classically trained chef with a background rooted in both high-level restaurant kitchens and aviation-focused culinary operations. I received my formal culinary education in Chicago and built my foundation working in Michelin-starred restaurants and large, acclaimed restaurant groups, where attention to detail, consistency, and excellence were paramount.
My career evolved into private cheffing for families, with an emphasis on healthy, seasonal, and locally sourced cuisine designed to support busy, demanding lifestyles. This work sharpened my ability to create thoughtful, nourishing food that balances elegance with practicality—an approach that continues to guide my cooking today.
I later brought this expertise into the world of private aviation, working for one of the largest private aviation companies in the industry. There, I coordinated luxury onboard dining experiences for discerning clientele, developing menus and sourcing provisions that met the unique challenges of flight: limited space, precise timing, and uncompromising standards.
This blog is the intersection of my professional experience and a personal connection to the flight attendant lifestyle—my mother is a commercial flight attendant, and through her I gained a deep understanding of the realities of eating well while constantly on the move. The recipes I share here are intentionally designed for flight attendants: elevated yet efficient, prep-friendly, and adaptable to irregular schedules, hotel kitchens, and life at altitude.
My goal is to provide food that is both refined and realistic—meals that support energy, wellness, and enjoyment, no matter where in the world your trip takes you.
